If you do not see a subscription page right after signing up, it's because we are offering a free trial period starting on the first day of classes at your institution and ending after the add-drop date.
For users who opted-in to the Inclusive Access program or Access Granted program: If you're enrolled in any of these programs, please follow these steps to redeem your code.
For users who opted out of the Inclusive Access program or Access Granted program: You'll see a subscription page after your free trial ends. Follow these steps to purchase a subscription.
Redeem an Access Code
For students at the University of Alabama, Marquette University, and the University of Alberta.
Your current opt-in decision will appear in a bubble in the middle of the courseware card.
2. Click on the Launch Courseware button to access your courseware.
3. Have an access code? When you click/tap "Reveal Access Code," the drawer comes out from the right with the information about the code, instructions, and publisher URL.
4. Redeem your code by logging in (if you haven't created an account, please create an account here) using a computer, tablet, or iPad web browser. In-app sign-ups and purchases are not supported.
5. If you're redeeming a code during a free trial period, please visit your profile section. Select 'Subscription,' then select 'Subscribe.'
6. If you're redeeming a code after the free trial period, skip to the next step.
7. Input the 11-digit code inside step #1 in the image 👇, and click on the 'Apply code' button.

8. Agree to the terms of use and select the 'Submit Payment' option
If you opted out of the Inclusive Access program to purchase a subscription:
🚨PLEASE NOTE: In-app purchases are not allowed, and you'll not be able to redeem a discount code or select a subscription using the CampusKnot mobile application.
Before subscribing, make sure you check your current opt-in/ opt-out decision. This will appear in a bubble in the middle of the courseware card.
2. After ensuring you've opted out, log in to your CampusKnot account (if you haven't created an account, please create an account here).
Important💡: Don't forget in-app sign-ups and purchases are not supported. Please use a computer, tablet, or iPad web browser to subscribe.
3. Click 'Subscribe' once you've selected your plan, input your card details.
4. Last, agree to the terms of use and select the 'Submit Payment' option.
