This is a really common question.
On Candid, matches don’t update on a fixed schedule like once a day or at set times. Instead they’re based on real time hiring activity from the brands themselves.
📍 It’s driven by employers, not a timetable.
Companies on Candid can post roles whenever they are actively hiring. This means new opportunities can appear at any time of the day or week, depending on when a brand chooses to share a live vacancy.
There’s no set 'Candid posting schedule' - it’s completely dependent on each hiring team and when they’re looking for candidates.
💌 Why your matches may change.
As soon as a brand posts a new role that aligns with your profile, it will appear in your 'Matches to review' section.
That means your matches may update when:
A new role goes live from a brand that fits your profile
Your preferences or profile details change
More relevant opportunities are added to the platform
💡 Top tip:
It’s worth checking back regularly or keeping notifications on, as new roles can appear at any time.
Or even better just let Candid run in the background. When something relevant comes up, we’ll surface it to you.
