On Candid, you don’t apply in the traditional sense.. sending your CV off into a black hole is (thankfully) a thing of the past 🤗
When you log into your profile you’ll see ‘Matches to review’ - this is where roles that match your profile live.
When a role has been posted by one of the brands using Candid to hire and you are matched (as well as you being interested in the role) simply swipe right. This is essentially you showing your interest (applying) then the platform will open up a chat room directly with the hiring manager for that brand and role..
At this stage, you’ll still be completely anonymous so you can explore the opportunity, find out about the role and responsibilities by talking to the hiring team - without any pressure.
It’s all about starting the conversation. Think of it like a casual WhatsApp style chat rather than a formal application - you can ask questions, get a feel for the role and decide if it’s right for you before taking things further.
