Ready for captions?
Getting started with the CaptionCall Mobile is easy! First, just download the app on your iPhone or Android smartphone, then create an account in the app.
Once downloaded, open the app and tap Create an Account:
Remember, only individuals with a hearing loss that necessitates the use of captions are permitted to use CaptionCall.
You will be asked to review and accept each of the agreements below. Tap E-Signature to begin reviewing each agreement.
Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions, you will be able to tap All Done! and then you can proceed to create an account.
When you have successfully created an account, you will automatically be logged into the app and can begin setting up the required device permissions.

Once you have allowed the necessary permissions, you're ready to start exploring the app! Tap through the brief tutorial then you can start making captioned calls. Happy calling!

FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.
