Help logging into your existing CaptionCall Mobile account

If you first signed up for the CaptionCall app before 2023, it's likely you didn't create a password. This may cause some confusion when logging in for the first time, but don't worry! You can reset your password from the app.

To reset your password, open the CaptionCall app then tap Sign In:

Tap Forgot Password:

Enter your email then we will send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.

πŸ’‘ When you sign in, make sure to enter the email you signed up with as your username.

If you're certain your login information is correct and you're still unable to log in, it may be because your account was automatically deactivated due to inactivity or deactivated because we were unable to validate your account information.

If you suspect this to be the case, reach out to our customer support team. We're happy to reactivate your account for you!
