What happened to Olelo?
Olelo is now CaptionCall Mobile! So, nothing happened to Olelo, we just changed the name and colors! You can keep using the app just like you have been.
Why did Olelo become CaptionCall Mobile?
Longer than a year ago, Olelo became part of Sorenson. That’s allowed us to dedicate more resources to improving the app, like the sleek new interface and introduction of Spanish captions. We renamed the app to align with Sorenson’s long-running home phone captioning service, CaptionCall. They go together.
But didn’t you already have a CaptionCall Mobile app…and switch it to Olelo?
Good memory. Yes, we did. And everyone can agree the Olelo app was a big upgrade with even faster captions.
Now, we think it’s best to align both of your call captioning options under the CaptionCall name…because simpler is better.
