Before you go, if you just want to stop your incoming calls from going to CaptionCall, you can do so without uninstalling the CaptionCall app!

You can do this by opening the side menu (top left) and then navigating to Call Forwarding. On the Call Forwarding page, you can tap Disable.

A code will appear in your regular phone dialer. Call the code to toggle off call forwarding.

If you have successfully disabled call forwarding and you still wish to remove the CaptionCall app from your phone, you can do so by tapping on the CaptionCall icon on your device's home screen and then selecting the Remove/Uninstall App option.
