Getting Started with Carebility (Creative Solutions Staff)
These steps are only for staff whose organization is Creative Solutions in Healthcare.
1. Go to the Creative Specific Login Page
First-Time Login (New Employees)
Username: Enter your 6-digit employee ID (include any leading zero).
Temporary Password: Use the format Creative123456! (replace
123456with your employee ID).Click Log In and follow the prompts to create a permanent password
Returning Users
Getting an “invalid username or password” error? Click Forgot Password to receive a reset email.
Important: If you don’t receive the email, you may be using a different email than the one we have on file. Your admin can confirm the correct email, or you can check the Business Email field in Dayforce to verify it.
The email is valid for one day!

You can use either your 6-digit employee ID or your email address for the username
If your employee ID has only 5 digits, add a leading zero (for example, 012345).
Remember, Dayforce sends your email to Carebility directly from the Business Email field in Dayforce.
If you’re not receiving a password reset email:
Double-check your junk or spam folders.
Make sure you’re using the same email address listed in the Business Email field in Dayforce.
