🧭 How to Log Into Carebility for the first time

Logging into Carebility is quick and easy once you know where to start! Follow the steps below based on your organization.

🔹 Creative Solutions Healthcare Users

Go to the Creative login page: https://creative.carebility.com/login
Enter your 6-digit Employee ID as your username. Or the email on file with Carebility. The email is required if you are using the mobile app
- If your ID has only 5 digits, add a leading zero (for example, use 012345).
Use this password format for your first login:
Creative[EmployeeID]!
Example: Creative012345! Replace 012345 with your six-digit employee ID
You’ll be prompted to create a new password after logging in for the first time.
1. Make sure when you are prompted to log in with your new password, it is exactly as you created it.

💡 For security, your new password cannot include your employee ID.

If your organization is not Creative Solutions Healthcare, check your email for a Carebility invitation.

Passwords are case-sensitive — double-check capital and lowercase letters.
Include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters like $ or %.
