Use these top indicators to quickly spot where to take action:
Compliant % is low → Staff aren't completing training on time. Follow up needed.
Not Complete is high → Learners have overdue or unstarted training. Risk of non-compliance.
Active Learners is low → Few learners have completed anything recently. Engagement may be low.
Completed Late is high → Learners are finishing courses, but not on schedule.
Assigned is high but Completed is low → Risk of upcoming deadline misses.
This helps you target the right facilities for reminders, coaching, or support.

Not Complete | Still incomplete (includes in-progress and overdue) |
Compliant % | On-time completions ÷ assigned |
Actions | Click “View/Edit” to see details or take action |
Duration | The estimated amount of time a learner spent completing the course. |
📆 Timeframe Logic
When running reports, you can filter by either Course Due Date or Completion Date.
Due Date Example:
If a course is due on July 3, but your date range ends on July 1, it will not appear in the report.Completion Date Example:
If a user finishes a course on July 5, but your date range ends on July 1, that completion will not show in the report.

Any course with a due date that falls in the reporting timeframe, which spans all-time through today + 30 days.

Because it hasn’t been marked complete yet — it could be in progress or past due.

It’s the percentage of assigned courses that were finished on or before the due date: (Completed On Time ÷ Assigned) × 100
