Overview

Use the User-Level Activity Report to monitor training progress for individual staff members at a selected facility. This view helps you spot who needs reminders, who’s on track, and who might deserve recognition.

Understand at a High Level

The top of the report includes a set of aggregate cards and a donut chart to help you understand overall trends before digging into individual learner data.

Here’s what to look for:

  • Low Compliant % – Many staff members aren’t finishing assignments on time. A red flag for timely training.

  • Low Complete % – A large number of assigned courses haven’t been completed at all. This suggests broader disengagement or structural issues.

  • Lots Assigned, Few Completed – If assignments are going out but not being finished, deadlines may be approaching or overdue work is stacking up.

These high-level indicators help you quickly identify where follow-up may be needed and which facilities or teams need extra support.
