Viewing Courses in Other Languages

Carebility supports multiple languages to help users access learning materials more easily. While not all courses are available in every language, many system-generated features and Carebility-created courses include translations beyond English — such as Spanish, French, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. Language availability depends on the creator of the course, as some are internally developed by Carebility with extensive translation support, while others from external sources may only exist in the original language.

Course Availability

Some courses are created and uploaded by different organizations, and the availability of translations depends on how those courses were designed. For example, Courses developed by Carebility are often offered in multiple languages such as Spanish, while third-party courses, like those from Zoom, may lack translation options and remain limited to English.

How to Change Your Language Setting

You can adjust your display language within Carebility by updating your profile settings:

  1. Click the Settings button on your dashboard.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Under Language, choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click Save Changes to apply.

After updating, Carebility’s menus, navigation, and any supported course content will appear in the selected language.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn’t my chosen course available in my preferred language?

This mainly depends on the course creator. Internally developed courses by Carebility are more likely to offer language options, while third-party courses typically default to English.

Can Carebility translate courses from external providers?

No, Carebility cannot modify or translate third-party content. However, it ensures that internally created courses include as many translations as possible.

Do my language settings affect all content in Carebility?

The interface and supported course content will appear in your chosen language. Any content without a supported translation remains in its original language. However, users should be aware that content without existing translations will remain in the original language, as Carebility cannot modify or translate third-party material.
