Note: This setting only affects course content (audio and video). It does not change the language of the Carebility app itself.
If you don’t see this option in Settings, your organization may not have it enabled yet. Contact your administrator for more information.
How to Change Your Language
Open Settings from your menu
Tap Language
Review the available language options
Tap the language you prefer
A loading indicator will appear while your selection is saved
Once saved, your selected language will display a green checkmark.

When selecting a new language, a small loading spinner appears while the app saves your choice. Please wait until it finishes—avoid tapping other options during this time.Available Languages
Not all courses support every language. If a course doesn’t include your selected language, it may play in another available language or offer subtitles instead.
Troubleshooting
Languages Won’t Load
If you see an error message instead of language options:
Confirm you’re connected to the internet
Tap Retry to load the options again
If the issue continues, close and reopen the app
No Language Options Available
If you see “No language options available,” your courses may not yet include multiple language versions. Check back later or reach out to support if needed.
