Removing or Updating Assigned Classes (Admin Only)

If you have been given the Admin role, you have the ability to remove assigned classes or update due dates for users.

How to Remove a Class

  1. Navigate to:
    Reports → Activity → Select Provider (facility)

  2. Use the filters to locate the class or user

  3. Under the user’s name, click the dropdown arrow to expand their assigned classes

  4. Find the class you want to remove, then click the pencil icon or Edit under Actions

  5. Next to the class title, click the red cancel icon

  6. Select Confirm to delete the class


How to Update a Due Date

  1. Follow the same steps above to locate the class

  2. Click the pencil icon under Actions

  3. Under Due Date, click the calendar icon

  4. Select a new date and save your changes


Viewing Assessment Results

If a learner has already completed a class, you won't be able to adjust the due date or remove the class from the learner's profile.

If a user has completed a class, you can review their assessment results:

  1. Locate the completed class using the steps above

  2. Under Actions, click Results

  3. Use the dropdown arrow next to each assessment score

  4. View:

    • Questions

    • Answer choices

    • The answer selected by the learner

Note: Some classes may include multiple assessments.


Important Notes

  • If you do not see the option to delete a class, you likely do not have the Admin role

  • Removing a class will permanently delete it from the user’s assigned course

  • Adjusting the due date will not affect course completion status—only the deadline


Quick Tip

Use filters first to narrow down your search—it makes finding the correct class much faster, especially in larger facilities.
