Learner
The Learner role is designed for users who need to complete assigned education.
Learners can:
View and complete assigned courses
Explore and take courses in the Library
Track their completed education from the Track page
Download certificates when available
Learners cannot manage other users or assign courses.
Supervisor
The Supervisor role is designed for users who help manage education and users within their facility.
Supervisors can:
Add new users
Change user passwords
Resend user invitations
Assign courses
View user activity and completion reports
This role allows supervisors to manage day-to-day education and user needs.
Admin
The Admin role has higher-level access within the system and is typically reserved for a small number of users.
Admins can:
Access advanced administrative functions
Configure specialized user types when needed
Manage system-level settings and administrative tools
Because this role includes elevated permissions, it is usually limited to a small group of designated users.
