Step 1: Select the User

  • From any report screen with a user list, locate the user.

  • Click the “+” icon under the Actions column next to their name.

Step 2: Select Courses or Course Blocks

  • Choose either individual Courses or full Course Blocks.

  • Use the filter to narrow results if needed.

  • You may also select Select All if assigning multiple items.

  • Click Next to continue.

Step 3: Choose a Due Date

  • Select a due date using the calendar tool.

  • Once the date is set, click Next.

Step 4: Confirm and Assign

  • Review the selected course(s), due date, and user name.

  • Click Assign to finalize the course assignment.

The course will now appear on the user’s learning path.

Tip: Courses assigned to users will appear in their Learning Path with the due date you selected.

What Does “Require the User to Retake These Assignments” Mean?

By default, if a user has completed a course within the last 30 days, that completion will satisfy a new assignment. This helps prevent duplicate training within a short time frame.

If you select “Require the user to retake these assignments,” the system will override that 30-day rule and require the user to complete the course again — even if they recently finished it.
