Tracker - How to manage Office Hours?

Ensure the range of your schedule hours fits your earliest and latest shift in your work week

Here’s a quick guide to check that you have the proper range of Schedule Office Hours available to fit your earliest and latest shift in your work week.

Most likely your practice already has this setup correctly, so the steps below can just be used to double-check.

💡Note: As Tracker does not have a ‘general office hours’ settings area, you will be required to define the schedules for each individual Practitioner. If you're looking for the guide for your Practitioners' Office Hours in Tracker, click this link instead:  

How to set your Schedule Times

1. On Tracker’s main screen, click the Tracker Options icon in the center. Wait for it to load.

2. Once the Options window appears, click the Environment tab and check that your Start Time allows for your earliest shift, and End Time allows for your latest shift, in your practice’s regular work week.

Also ensure your Interval setting is correct, which lets you set the smallest time-slot allowed for appointments.
