Deleting a recurring visit in a service request, or deleting multiple visits

How can I remove visits from a recurring service request? I want to remove all visits, or a number of visits from the same service request.

Steps (screenshots below)

  1. Open the service request. See screenshot #1.

  2. Select a the visit you want to change. In your case select his next Monday visit.

  3. Click to "Remove" the visit then select to "Also remove other visits in this service request".

  4. You will now see the list of upcoming visits. Click on all the visits that apply, in your case click to select all the Monday visits. Please make sure to also select the last listed Monday visit that has the "Ongoing Weekly" tag on it. Click the "Remove" button and click "Confirm".

  5. This will take you back to the service visit you initially selected in step #2. Here you have the option to click the "Clone" button to create a new visit (or series of visits) inside the same service request. This will keep all the details of the original visit but create a new copy where you can create a new visit schedule as required.

You will now be taken back to the service request screen where you can now see the upcoming visits have changed from Mondays to Tuesdays.

Please make sure to also select the last listed Monday "visit that has the "Ongoing Weekly" tag on it. Click the "Remove" button and confirm. Here you have the option to select the specific visits you want to remove instead of selecting all.

5. This will take you back to the service visit you initially selected in step #2 where yo u have the option to click the "Clone" button to create a new visit (or series of recurring visits) inside the same service request. This will keep all the details of the original visit but create a new copy where you can create a new visit schedule. You can also click the "Reinstate" button to undo the removal.
