You can view all the errors in Scheduling by going to the Schedule -> Planner. Then select "Detail" view and check that "Issues On" (latter is on by default) is set.

Common issues:

  • "Support worker [support worker name] has been disabled, please select a different carer. If the support worker should be disabled and not perform visits then simply click "Support Worker" in the visit details." If the support worker is incorrectly disabled, then update the support worker by going to Admin -> Users -> [select to view "All"] -> [search or navigate to support worker] -> Modify User. Then click to "Activate" the support worker again.

  • "This is a brokerage visit but brokerage organisation is missing from service request." Navigate to the service request and verify that it should be a brokerage type visit. If that is the case then select a brokerage organisation (this can be plan manager). If the correct organisation does not exist then go to the Organisation module and add a brokerage organisation to then select in the service request afterwards. If the visit should not be a brokerage type visit then select NDIS Funded to claim yourself, or Private to invoice the participant directly.

  • "There is no NDIS charge code for this visit, either remove the visit or change the date of the visit." Check the charge band of the service request, then go to Admin -> Charge Bands and locate the charge band. Click on Rates and verify that the rate amounts and corresponding NDIS charge codes are correct in the Charge Bands.
