When you have made changes to the scheduled visits you need to inform affected support workers and organisations (publishing to organisations is mainly for brokerage services) so they know that things have changed. This is done by publishing your changes.

When you want to publish your visit changes please navigate to the Schedule module and Planner view. Default view is "Rolling", if you have already selected something else then click to select "Rolling" view again. You will see two buttons. One is to Publish for support workers and the other is to Publish for organisations.
Clicking the Publish support worker will show you a screen with all the support workers and show you who is affected. It is exactly the same for Organisations.Β
In this screen you can download each support worker's schedule as a PDF and email it to them, or if they use the support worker app then this action will update the visits in their Schedule view in the app. Only support workers that are affected by the changes made will be notified. Note that you can still download each support worker's schedule as a PDF if you want to let specific people know.
