Can you clarify about the service booking ID which can be put in with the NDIS Request Details? How is this used? Does it matter if we have several service bookings per client? Where does the service booking number need to appear to direct the claim?

The short answer is that the service booking ID does not get included in the bulk claim file and it is therefore not required.ย

When we add a budget in Careflo we add the service booking ID only for reference (if you need to call NDIA for example), and when we reconcile the claims made through the financial processing aspect. We confirm success and payment from PRODA by reconciling it in careflo which updates the budgets and category amounts in Careflo.ย

PRODA is a seperate entity and each participant would have a service booking ID per budget category there and an amount per category i.e. 01_ daily activities, 04_ social community. The bulk claim upload connects the charge code (support ref item) to the approved budget category in PRODA. In Careflo we track progress per category against what has been claimed.
