A Service request / visit can only have one support worker assigned but you create a second visit for the other support worker, just set the charge band to be "no charge" so that the participant / client is not charged twice.
Is it possible to have 2 workers assigned to a service request?
You may have worker doing a shadow shift or other reason to schedule 2 support workers in a visit, but only charging for single worker
