NDIS and other visits have charge bands and pay bands that automatically charge and pay the correct rate based on what time of day, or what day of week, the visit occurred on.
For example if you have a visit that went from 12:15 to 21:55 then the entire shift has been billed at evening rate, how does that work?
Careflo charge bands follow the NDIS times. Day rate 6am – 8pm Evening rate 8pm – midnight. If a shift finishes after 8pm it is charged at the evening (Careflo late rate) rate for the full shift.
Pay bands follow the same rule 6am – 8pm day rate and after 8pm aftn (SCHADS) rate or late rate in Careflo. If shift started before 8pm the entire shift is paid at the aftn rate as per the award.
