How do I add a continuing shift / visit to a support worker schedule? I want to setup an ongoing appointment

Quite often you might find that visits are regular, consistent appointment times.
So how do you add a continuing shift in Careflo?

As an example let's say you will be working permanently from 9am-1pm every Saturday starting from 31st August.

You can add a recurring visit by going into the Service user that you have the visits with, then click Service Requests, and from there you an click to either:

We suggest creating a new service request to hold all the Saturday visits. Add a New Service Visit and from there you can then add a recurring type by selecting the below:

Fill in the rest of the form and click Submit to save. Double check your new recurring visit by checking the list of visits in the Service Request.
