When you select to Add New Visit (this is added inside a new or existing Service Request), you have a few options for what information to enter which is aimed at different people. As an example:

The support worker visit information is what they will see when they view the visit in their My Schedule via their login to support worker app in Careflo.
You can customise the headings shown in the Visit Info and enter text under each heading to help the support worker get the full picture of what to do and what keep in mind. See further below for more information about that.
It is very useful to type up some background information as well as their Goals to ensure support workers have the information they need to best service the person. The type of information captured here should mimic your processes. You also have the ability to download the Visit info if you should need to print it off for someone or if the support worker is not using the support worker app.

Customising the Visit Info headings
The Visit Info headings can be customised to your liking under Admin -> Service Users -> Service User Info Types.

Note: you can click directly on the "Active" label under each type to disable it, and click on "Disabled" to re-enable a type. Note that you cannot disable a type that has "Core" label on it.
