How do I delete a charge fee? I cannot see how to remove the charge in Finance, where is the button?

There is no button as such to remove a charge fee.

Instead, simply click on the "Active" tag to disable the Charge Fee:

That will then show the following option:

Note that locked charge fees, i.e. charges that have already been locked down in a Finance run, cannot be disabled/removed. That is because the invoices have already been sent out with that charge fee included. If you need to reverse this then simply add a Charge Deduction from the Finance module options to reverse out the charge for inclusion in the following Finance run.
