This typically happens for one of three reasons:
In the Schedule Planner page where you normally see the Publish buttons, you need to ensure you are on the Rolling view to see the option. See screenshot of the Planner page showing the buttons in Rolling view.
Support workers do not have the Support App enabled. They will be emailed their schedules instead. Have the support workers in question seen visits in the support worker app login before? You can also verify in the Admin -> Users [select support worker user] and make sure they have permission set for "Support Worker App". See screenshot below of the permission that needs to be set.
You are trying to view visits in the support worker app that are outside the viewing period. See below for details of how far in future and past support workers can see their visits in their support worker login. Careflo of course keeps full history of all visits.
Careflo will only publish visits 5 days in future (i.e. 4 days after today) because visits tend to change, scheduling is in constant flux.
Support workers can now see visits in their phone app that go beyond the published visits, and also see visits from the past, up to 10 days.
For future, 10 means 10 days beyond the end of the published period = since published period is 4 days, this means 14 days into the future
For the past, we already show yesterday so 10 means 10 days before yesterday.
