How can I see a list of outstanding invoices? I want to know how much we are owed and by who

To see how much you are owed click on the Invoice Ledger button in the Finance Module:

This will list all outstanding invoices and show the total amount owed $13,196 in this case. You can use the search box to filter the list which will then give you the option to see all invoices not just outstanding ones. You can use that screen to send a report by sending screenshots from Careflo of what the outstanding invoices are:

Use the summary option to see the total outstanding broken down by type and by week. You can use this to identify bad payers and use it for reporting.
