Careflo allows people to Undo and re-run Finance until it has been locked. Once Finance has been locked Careflo does not allow any reprocessing of that week for auditing and compliance reasons.
Things that lock Finance:
Marking Payroll as done. This tells Careflo that people have now been paid.
Sending Email invoices or marking postal invoices as sent. This tells Careflo that people have received their final invoice for that week.
Clicking any button in the Package Fee Run (this section doesn't apply to you but don't click the buttons as it will also lock Finance)
If you have forgotten to run a Finance Week then it will lock once it is time to run the following week's Finance. Example: You are in Week 2011, and Careflo is now ready to process Week 2010. You forget to run it and now you are in Week 2012. Careflo will lock Week 2010 and now only allow you to run Week 2011.
Please be very careful checking all the numbers, and only lock Finance once you have checked everything. Once it's locked it cannot be reversed and any adjustments will be either adjustments into next week or manual adjustments.
