When does Careflo charge early (morning) and late (evening) rates for visits? How can I change the default values?

Careflo allows you to set a different rate and NDIS code for early (morning) and late (evening) visits. The system will automatically apply this rate depending on the time of the visit. By default Careflo is setup as per current NDIA expectation (22/3/2020) which is from 6am.

Taken from Charge Bands, this shows what rates are affected by the early/late rates:

The 6am and 8pm thresholds are now parameters set as default 6 am and 8pm called

respectively.

Any visit that ends after the evening threshold will ALL be charged and paid at the evening rate. Same for a visit that start before the morning threshold - the whole visit will be charged and paid at the early rate.
