Why there is an error shown
The reason is that as part of a feature added a while ago that ensures that stop service visits that go far into the future from creating performance issues. It does that by ensuring visits that last over 6 weeks are setup as a recurring visit (i.e. does not have an end date).
The error is caused by the fact that the Start Date is more than 6 weeks from now, which then triggers that logic. Below example
How can I fix it?
What I recommend is that you set it up the way you wanted, except instead of starting 19 June, set it to start at 12 June (1 week prior) in the below example. It just needs to start within 6 weeks of the visit.
Then simply remove the visit on 12 June.
Example setup of a recurring/ongoing visit
Assume date of creation is April 30 for example and the Start date is 19 June.
