How do I add wake up hours to a sleepover visit? I need to report a wake-up in an inactive overnight visit

When you have added a sleepover visit, the support worker can report that there have been a wake up hour(s) to charge. They can report this when using their Support Worker App login to Careflo, which will come through as an entry in the Information log module.

Once a Support Worker logs a wake-up hour for the inactive sleepover you can close that information log and update the Visit Ledger in the Finance module.

Update the information log entry once the ledger has been updated:

Go to your Visit Ledger in Finance module. In your Visit Ledger, Careflo identifies the overnight booked for you to add wake up hours:

To process and charge for the wake-up hours press "Extra Wake Up Hrs":

Write a reason for the charge and move the button for how many hours you would like to charge for and press submit:

Careflo then updates the Visit Ledger to include the example 2 hours wake up charge:

Careflo will use the Early Rate from the visit Charge Band to charge for the 2 hours wake up:

The invoice has charged the customer from early rate in the charge band for the two hours wake up in addition to the overnight sleep over.

Careflo will update the payroll run with the extra 2 hours under the night rate and the 1 sleepover allowance required to pay the Support Worker:
