NDIS Claims Batch Processing - Why is there no option to Lock the batch when I have already reconciled everything?

I am trying to lock off the claim batch but it keeps saying ‘unable to find invoice line item’ or I cannot get all the claim items to equal

It is related to a rounding display difference that sometimes happens when some numbers are calculated.

The totals are all correct and reconciled.


You can tell which numbers have a rounding impact when you see an amount reconciled but with a +$0.00, as highlighted below:

In those cases I simply updated them to the un-rounded amounts that I can see from the NDIS results file.

For example Careflo shows $225.32 as a rounded value but in the NDIS results file it actually has $225.315.

Changes made

  1. I simply entered the un-rounded value into Careflo reconciliation field and it all matches fine now and says "Reconciled" instead of "+$0.00".

  2. Lastly I changed the NDIS receipt amount from 35296.83 to 35296.55 which is the total of all the successful items from the NDIS results file, and that all balances now.


Did you perhaps change the NDIS receipt amount so that it would balance previously?

You can go ahead and lock the batch now.
