If the support worker has anything set in their unavailable dates that overlaps with a visit then Careflo will add a note on the visit that the: "Support worker [name] has marked themselves unavailable for this visit".

If there is no unavailable dates set that overlap their visits, then the availability matrix will be checked:

  1. If there is a Red mark against the timeslot of the visit then Careflo will show: "Support worker [name] has blocked out this time slot in their weekly availability matrix"

  2. If there is an Orange mark against the timeslot of the visit then Careflo will show: "Support worker " + visit.CarerName + " needs to be contacted to confirm availability for this visit"

How is parameter CARER_UNAVAILABILITY_NOTICE_DAYS used?

This parameter is specified as a number of days, and is used to calculate the amount of days notice that must be given as an error (red message) against the visit: "You must give at least [number] days notice for unavailability"
