This article describes how to work in the Cirrus pipeline.
Since our upgrade of the sales board in December 2022, we have a lot of new value-adding features to offer πŸ‘

You have a full overview of sales projects at all stages in your business process, including won sales projects. You move sales projects with drag and drop or by opening the sales project and moving it to the next step.

We show information about what the sales project is about, value, and the decision date set for it. In the top right, you also see the values of the sales board. Do you want to read more about what they mean? Click HERE.

Which active sales projects are shown is controlled as usual using the filtering. Read more about filtering HERE

Different steps in the sales project

In Cirrus, you can have several different types of business processes that contain different steps depending on your needs.

Do you want to create a new type of sales project?

Click HERE to read more about how to proceed and what to consider.

In each step of the sales board, there is an explanation and overview of the step's checkpoints. In the center, you see a small arrow.

Click here to bring up this view πŸ‘‡

Here you see your explanation/description of each step and the subgoals to be achieved in each step. The red subgoals are mandatory and the blue ones are optional to complete.

Subgoals

These are set up by the administrator in Settings. You verify/check off your subgoals by opening the sales project and ticking off the list to the right.

Check values

Another feature you can choose is to set a control step on certain steps in the sales project. This box will pop up and the user will have the opportunity to check the project's values and update them if they have changed during the journey.
In this way, you have the opportunity to create more control over the value in the sales board being current.

Completed sales projects

When you set a sales project as won/lost, you get a box with some information to fill in. The reason why you won/lost the deal and a chance to update the sales project's values.

You can find your won sales projects in the Won column in the sales board. As long as it matches the filtering you made of course 😊

Lost sales projects are found on the customer card or in the sales project analysis.

You have the opportunity to restart a completed sales project. You will find the restart button inside the sales project modal and if you click here you will get a number of options. Reset subgoals, set a new decision date, etc.
