The Pre-Screening Survey widget will show you caregiver responses to the COVID-19 pre-screening survey. You will be able to see responses grouped by date and caregiver, with both the question and answer shown.

You can use the drop-down date menu to set the date range you wish to view.

You can also use the drop-down to choose whether you want to see all answers, or just unfavourable responses (i.e. those responses that indicate possible COVID-19 infection).

Clicking on a caregiver's name will take you to their profile.

This can be helpful if you have any unfavourable responses, and need to remove the caregiver from upcoming shifts, or cancel the shifts.

At any time, you can use the refresh button next to the title to update the widget.

Selecting View All will open the Pre-Screening Report V2, where you can view pre-screening results in depth, filtering by caregiver, date range and answer as needed, as well as adding notes to each response.
