At Cargofive, we understand the importance of assigning specific responsibilities within your company. Each team member plays a unique role and requires particular access to resources. That's why our system is designed with access for two user types: Company and Subuser. This structure allows you to optimize your processes and ensure data security.

Company User

Represents the highest level of access and control within our platform, holding the authority to manage and configure all aspects of the company's account.

Key Features:

  • Full Access: "Company" users have unrestricted access to all platform features and modules.

  • User Management: They can create, edit, delete other users and assign roles (user type).

  • General Configuration:

    Ability to customize the platform to meet your company's specific needs.

    Configure workflows, including observations, terms and conditions, sales templates, earnings, clients, etc.

  • Financial Control: Manage contracts for all users, quotes, local expenses, inland, price levels.

  • Support Chat: Direct access to our support chat for communication with our support agents.

Subuser

Designed for users with a more operational role within the company who require access to a specific set of functionalities to perform daily tasks. This profile offers a limited level of access compared to the Company profile, focusing on day-to-day operations.

  • Search: Access to all pricing information.

  • Generate quotes: Create proposals for clients. They can also view quotes created by other users.

  • Manage contracts: Access and manage only the contracts they create.

  • Profile configuration: Configure their own user profile.

  • Clients: Manage companies and contacts.

  • Support chat: Access our chat for direct communication with our support agents.
