How to read your Mixpanel reports?

Learn how to read the information on your Mixpanel dashboard

Updated over 10 months ago

At Cargofive we have designed some dashboards so that you can have visibility to your company's movements over the last three months in the Cargofive App.

How do you get them?

We will share a link that you can access whenever you need to consult your data.

How often is the information updated?

This information will be updated in real time.

How do I interpret the information?

  • SEARCHES

In the first section you will find the number of searches carried out during the most recent quarter. By placing the cursor on the dashboard you will be able to see in detail the number of searches per month, and the % in relation to the previous period.

  • USERS

Below you will find in detail the number of FCL searches made per user. By placing the cursor over the bars you can see a comparison in relation to the previous period and the percentage of growth or decrease in the number of searches.

  • TOP ORIGINS / DESTINATIONS

Then we have the ports with the most searches made in this period, classified by origin and destination.

  • QUOTES

In this section you will be able to view the number of quotes created and the comparison with the previous period, you will also see the difference between quarters in percentage.

  • SEARCHES FROM YOUR SYSTEM

If you are integrated with Cargofive through an ERP or your own system, you will see a count of the searches carried out from your system, by month and the comparison in %.

  • TOP LISTED CARRIERS

We present you the TOP of the most quoted carriers by your company in the last quarter. And in % of searches increasing or decreasing compared to the previous period.

  • IMPORTED FCL/LCL CONTRACTS

If you have the contract plan, in these graphs we show you the number of FCL and LCL contracts that you have imported into the Cargofive App, as well as the relationship with the previous quarter.

  • TOTAL CONTRACTS IMPORTED IN QUARTER

Finally, you will observe in detail the total number of imported contracts, both FCL, LCL and the general total.

✨Psssst: Note that if some of the graphs do not have information, it is because there are system functionalities that you are not using. Take a look at our Contracts, Quotes and Search tutorials if you have any questions about how to start using them:
