How to edit a contract

Sometimes after having uploaded a contract we may have to amend some of the data on it, a route, the validity, an amount. Is because oft this that it is possible to edit any contract in Cargofive

We must head to Contracts and enter the desired module FCL or LCL

We then select the contract we are willing to edit and click directly on it of on the three dots button "..." > Edit

We can edit the reference, validity, carrier, equipment and direction

We can also add, edit and delete routes

Edit to which clients applies and which users can use it,

The remarks. The notes added here will automatically be reflected both in the rate finder and on any quote created from this contract

And even upload files. But remeber! this is only a space for dropping related docs. No contract loaded after the publishing of the request will be processed ⚠️
