Company Profile Settings

To configure your company profile, you must go to the Settings - Company Profile module.

On your left you will find a small menu where you can set up each section:

  1. Company info: The basic settings to manage your account; logo, name, phone, address and the main currency you want to see the info in the system.

    In this section you can also set some variations for the display of information:

    ✔Decimals: this is where you will select if you want to have display of decimals. You must take into account that this will affect the amounts in all the modules of the APP.

    Future Dates: This will allow the Rate Finder to display results of contracts whose validity date is in the future.

    ✔You will also be able to select whether you want to display by default the origin and destination local charges in the rate finder results.

    ✔If you want the totals in the Rate Finder to be shown the same currency as the freight, you must select the option "Show Search totals in freight currency".

    ✔Even if by default you select NOT to display the origin/destination charges in the Rate Finder results, with the option "Store hidden Local Charges in Quote" you will be able to display these local charges in the quotes

    ✔You can also choose to be able to edit the local charges from the quotation.

  2. PDF Settings: here you will select the basic settings for the PDF for your quotation:

    PDF Template: choose whether you want your PDF to contain a header or not.

    ✔You can also customise the colour of your PDF and select a default language for headings.

    ✔From the PDF Footer option , you can add a text or image in the footer, or simply a colour.


    ✔You will be able to select whether you wish to display the name of the delegation, the totals of the amounts and the exchange rate at which the quotation calculations are being made.

  3. Delegations: from this section you will be able to add, edit and delete delegations for your company.
