I’m not getting results from Hapag Quick Quotes and Spot. Why?

When looking for rates in Cargofive we launch a request to every carrier integrated with us and we may encounter the situation where we are not being shown a route on the Rate finder that we did see before on Hapag website.

We have to bear in mind that Hapag web has a daily limit of searches number, this is different for every client and must be discussed with the carrier.

In case we find some route is not showing on Cargofive we can check if the limit has been reached by logging into Hapag's web. This message will appear when accessing the Quick Quotes / Spot module

Also you will see that the button "Request Quote" is deactivated

In case you log into your Hapag's account and it does not show this appearance. Pls contact us on the chat or the support email (support@cargofive.com) and we will check it.
