What's new
On any customer's page, the Issued Rewards table now includes the option to revoke a reward that's already been issued. What happens depends on the reward type:
Discount codes — deleted in Shopify
Gift cards — deactivated
Store credit — debited back from the customer's balance
Before you confirm, the revoke modal shows the customer's current balance, so you can see exactly how much is actually recoverable before you proceed.
How revoked rewards appear
Revoked rewards get a yellow Deleted badge in the Issued Rewards table, so you can easily tell them apart from rewards that simply expired on their own.
Every revocation is also written to the audit log, so you've got a clear record of who revoked what, and when.
Something to keep in mind
Revoking a reward does not refund the points the customer spent to earn it — this matches how VIP demotion and referral reversal already work. The confirmation modal will remind you of this before you click, so there are no surprises.
How to revoke a reward
Go to the customer's page.
Find the reward in the Issued Rewards table.
Select Revoke.
Review the customer's current balance and the confirmation message in the modal.
Confirm to revoke the reward.
