Overview of adding/changing message templates for Firm Staff Members

Message templates can be used in one off messages or automations that are sent based off a trigger that you choose. Templates can be used to send messages you regularly send easier and less work.

How to add a new Message Template

  1. From the Case Status homepage choose the Profile Icon in the top right then choose Settings.

  2. From the top left choose Templates.

  3. Choose + New Message Template.

  4. Format your message.

    1. When formatting your message you can utilize the Short Codes. These can be entered into your message and they will automatically pull the information needed when sending the actual message.

    2. Example: "Hello {{client_first_name}}! Hope you are having a great day."

      1. This will pull the Clients first name from the case and fill in.

  5. Choose Save once you are done formatting your message.

How to edit an existing Message Template

  1. From the Case Status homepage choose the Profile Icon in the top right then choose Settings.

  2. From the top left choose Templates.

  3. Choose the template you wish to edit.

  4. Format the changes you wish to make.

  5. Choose Save once you are done formatting your changes.
