In Case Status your business hours are used to limit notifications going out. They are also presented to your Client for their knowledge and communication. The autoresponder will send a message back to clients if they send a message outside of the Firm's Business Hours.
How to update your Business Hours
From your Case Status homepage click on the Profile Icon then Settings.
Choose Firm from the top menu bar.
Scroll down to Business Hours.
Set your Open and Close time, and choose your Time Zone.
Choose Save.
How to update your autoresponder
If enabled, a reply will automatically be sent to clients when they send a message outside your firm's hours.
From your Case Status homepage click on the Profile Icon then Settings.
Choose Firm from the top menu bar.
Scroll down to Business Hours.
Click the slide button to enable the autoresponder.
Format your message then choose Save.
