Overview of changing/deleting an existing Firm Staff Member

If you run into a situation where you need to remove access of a User account or edit a Users information then that can be done from the Users page.

How to edit/remove an existing Firm user

  1. From you Case Status homepage choose the Profile Icon in the top right and choose Settings.

  2. From the top left menu bar choose Users.

  3. Find the User you wish to edit and choose Edit next to their name.

  4. Change the information you wish to change.

    1. Choose Remove in the top right if you wish to delete the user.

  5. Choose Save once you are done with your edits.
