Automations can be used at the Client level to send specific messages to that client based off rules that you create.

    1. Choose this to create a new automation for that client. See How to build an automation for more information on that process.

  2. Practice Area Automations

    1. This is where you will see automations that are being applied to the Client from the Practice Area level. See How to add/adjust Practice Area Automation for more information on that process.
