How do withdrawals work?

How to request a withdrawal, the three available methods and their processing times, fees, and what to do if your withdrawal is delayed

Once a payout is in your wallet, you can withdraw it at any time. There is no minimum hold period, no waiting window, and no approval needed. Here's how to request a withdrawal and what to expect.

How withdrawals are processed

Catalyst processes withdrawals through Dots, a global payout provider. When you submit a withdrawal request, Dots handles the transfer to your chosen payment method.

This is why you may see the Dots name or interface during the withdrawal and KYC verification process β€” it is the payment infrastructure Catalyst uses behind the scenes.

How to request a withdrawal

  1. Click the green wallet icon in the top-right navigation

  2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw

  3. Select your withdrawal method from the options available in your country

  4. Click Submit Withdrawal Request

Available withdrawal methods

The withdrawal methods available to you depend on your country of residence. Not all methods are available in every country β€” what you see during the withdrawal process reflects what is available to you based on where you are located.

If your withdrawal is delayed

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If your withdrawal has not arrived after the expected timeframe, contact support with:

  • Your account email address

  • The withdrawal amount

  • The method used

  • The date you submitted the request

Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts. If identity verification is incomplete, your withdrawal will be held until it is approved.
