Can I track the progress of my transactions?

Your transactions' progress can be monitored through the Transactions dashboard, with each transaction displaying one of several statuses:

  • Pending: Your transfer is awaiting confirmation. This status transitions to "Pending Deposit" after the quote acceptance or to "Canceled" if the transaction is aborted.

  • Pending Deposit: Cedar awaits your deposit of the designated local currency. This will shift to "In Progress" once the deposit is confirmed or to "Canceled" if you decide to halt the transaction.

  • In Progress: Indicates Cedar's receipt of funds and the commencement of currency conversion and payout. At this juncture, cancellation requires contacting support at support@cedar.money for any possible intervention.

  • Completed: Signifies a successful transfer completion, marking the end of the transaction journey.

  • Canceled: Represents a transaction aborted before its fulfillment, often prior to the deposit phase.

  • Failed: Occurs due to processing issues or recipient bank errors, preventing transaction completion. This status indicates a need for review or correction to proceed.

Each status guides you through the transaction's lifecycle, ensuring transparency and control over your financial transfers.
