Overview

Yes, you can track the progress of your transactions through the Transactions Dashboard. Each transaction will display one of several statuses, allowing you to monitor its progress from initiation to completion.

Transaction Statuses:

  1. Pending

    • Your transaction is awaiting confirmation.

    • This status will change to "Pending Deposit" after the quote is accepted or to "Canceled" if the transaction is aborted.

  2. Pending Deposit

    • Cedar is waiting for your deposit of the designated local currency.

    • Once the deposit is confirmed, the status will change to "In Progress". If you choose to cancel the transaction, it will be marked as "Canceled".

  3. In Progress

    • Cedar has received your funds, and the currency conversion and payout process has started.

    • At this stage, cancellation requires you to contact support at support@cedar.money for possible intervention.

  4. Completed

    • The transaction has been successfully completed, and the funds have been transferred successfully.

  5. Canceled

    • The transaction was aborted before it was completed, often before the deposit phase.

  6. Failed

    • The transaction could not be completed due to processing issues or errors from the recipient bank.

    • This status indicates the need for further review or correction before the transaction can proceed.

Each status provides you with transparency and control over your transaction, allowing you to track the progress and take action if necessary. By checking the status, you can stay informed at every stage of your transaction’s lifecycle.
