What do I need to know as a seller to start using Leadsales?

Hello Leadsaler!

If you are in your first days with Leadsales, it would be important to know the rules that the Admin of your team could define for you and other members.

Before that, we recommend you to read our article on roles to understand the differences between them.

  • Show funnel leads to all salespeople. - This function is designed for all types of teams. If you can see the Leads of your colleagues in the funnels you have visible, this means that this function is active.

  • Show leads' phone numbers to salespeople. - Within the conversations you have active, you will be able to see or not the Lead's phone number, depending on whether the Admin has modified this configuration.

  • Mark funnel as main (will be indicated with ⭐) This function is essential for the automatic assignment, if the assignment by inbox is not turned on, this funnel will be the one in which the new leads you receive will arrive.

  • Show leads not assigned to all sellers While you are working there will be leads that will not have any user assigned, these leads may be visible or not, depending on whether the Admin of your team activates or deactivates this setting.

Response time (Bell 🔔) It is the time limit in which the team must respond to customers, if the time that has been configured passes, a 🛎 will be displayed notifying that the time is over and so you can give priority response to your customers.

Keeping this in mind, it will help you to understand more in depth the functionality of the tool to help you with the follow-up at all times.
