The directory is the place where you will find all the contacts with whom you have had a conversation from Leadsales or who have been created from the platform.

Note: If you are a Seller, you will only be able to see the contacts that have been assigned to you. If you are an Admin, you will be able to see all the contacts created and existing in the platform.
